Designs Ablaze's goal is to provide high quality service and we put our utmost effort to provide accurate and prompt fulfillment. Please take a moment to review this policy in case you’re unsure about our mailing options and want to know what to expect regarding delivery and receipt of your order.

Standard Terms

We ship to all 50 United States including Puerto Rico. From Monday through Thursday, orders are processed and shipped by the next day. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are processed and shipped out on Mondays. National holidays will affect the time that the couriers take.


Carrier and Options

Our current shipping provider is solely the United States Postal Service via First Class and tracking numbers are provided. Expedited services are not available. First Class service almost always delivers within 3 business days. We frequently see tracking show that an order has been delivered yet it hasn't been. In 9 times out of 10, this is because the individual truck that the package is on either forgot to deliver it or they didn't get it to so they marked it delivered. Almost always it is delivered the next day. 


Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise

Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 7 business days after delivery. Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.
